I Cannot Join Praye - Choirmaster

Former leader of Hiplife trio Praye, Eugene Baah aka Praye Honeho now known as Choirmaster says he cannot join Praye group. He said, “If there will be a comeback, it will be business that will bring us back after all we have worked together before. But the question is who will pay for the studio section for recording, aside that, will our individual contracts permit any of us to work on other contracts?” Choirmaster added, “My contract will not permit me to be part. It’s a 5 year deal and I can only make my decision after my contract is over” He posted the statement below on his Instagram page few hours after news of Praye’s reunion:
“The noise of the sea will never disturb the fishes from sleeping. Therefore don’t let anything disturb you, stay focus and determine to be on track on whatever you are pursuing in life, turn a deaf ear to every noise that will distract your attention. God will Change your Story”.

I never said I made $8000 with my nude picture - Deborah Vanessa

Ghanaian Model, TV Presenter and Singer Deborah Vanessa Owusu, more commonly known in
entertainment circles as Sister Debbie, has revealed that she never stated anywhere that she earned $8000 with her nude picture as
some media houses have reported.
Speaking in an exclusive interview on Neat FM’s “Entertainment Ghana”, Sister Debbie said whoever will believe that story is either ignorant or is up to some mischief.
“First of all, the story is a misquotation or misinterpretation. That is not what I said because I posted my artistic nude picture on
Instagram not on YouTube. YouTube and Instagram, they have nothing to do with each other. They are two different platforms and two
different entities. So how can I make money on YouTube with a picture I posted on Instagram?”
She explained that she was asked on Starr FM if she has made money on YouTube since she first released “Uncle Obama” video, and she
answered that since 2012 when she released her first music video on YouTube, she has made a total of about $8000 with all her videos on
her YouTube channel which has nothing to do with her nude picture or Instagram.
“So it doesn't mean that even with my YouTube account, somebody from YouTube entered my room to give me $8000 in an envelope. It
wasn't a one off thing, it took time. It
accumulates over a long period of time and that money is not just from Uncle Obama video, it’s from all the videos I have uploaded on my
YouTube channel since 2012”. Asked if she has confronted Starr FM about the story, Debbie said she was very disappointed when she was told that the story originated
from Starr FM, the same station she granted the interview. She said she contacted Kafui Dey on Twitter and Kafui was equally shocked that such
a story has been published because he knows she didn't say that. Sister Deborah said Kafui has even offered to give the audio interview to
anybody who wants to know what she really said. “I actually called the editor and I realized that the editor is in the media but he is not too
familiar with YouTube, Instagram and whole social media thing but I wasn't angry I just had to explain the basics to them that posting a
picture on Instagram, is not connected in anyway to the $8000 or my nude picture”.
Debbie however, admitted that she intentionally released the nude picture herself on her Instagram page to increase the views for new
“Borla” video on YouTube because she realized her views on YouTube was slowing down and indeed she achieved her aim.

thinking that perhaps, he has a problem with his family. So one day I was chatting with his sister I think her name was Fairuza mahama and she told me about the girl Mona. After the chat with fairuza, I went
through Everstone Facebook (I was having his facebook account) and it was there that I found out what was going on. Everstone confirmed to me when I confronted him about Mona and from that day, Mona and I became sawn enemies. I have attached here, a screenshort of our
fight on facebook as you can see from the chat screen dated on july 2011. This is to show that Everstone is not lying and besides, he is a very reputable executive who supervise more than 1500 people in a
multibillion company. I have known him long before mona.
From the beginning, I knew this girl was a fraud who doesnt care about the feeling of another human being. what Everstone did for her within 6 months, I never had that.
From what I later learnt, after they duped him from Chicago and they realize that he was getting wised up, then they started calling people to liar on him that he was an arm robber and that was the worst part of it all. I am a witness to all this. There was a time when Everstone lives in Chicago and work in New York. Can you believe that? He wakes up early morning and catch a flight to New York and then had to fly back again to Chicago on the same day in order to be with this girl. No wonder she was insulting me from the beginning so that she could take him and scam him. Mona is a disgrace to womanhood.

KKD Granted Bail

Ghanaian broadcaster, Kwesi Kyei Darkwa (KKD) has been granted bail on humanitarian grounds by the Human Rights court. Justice Kofi Essel Mensah granted him bail to the sum Ghc20,000 with two sureties. Kwesi Kyei Darkwa and his lawyers denied the accusation, arguing he had “consensual sex” with the alleged victim and has been in police custody since 27th December,2014. Meanwhile, the 19-year-old girl who accused KKD of rape has withdrawn the charges.

VAN VICKER GOES INTO MUSIC

Ghanaian Actor, Producer, Director Van Vicker after so many years contributing to the growth of the Ghanaian film industry have officially decided to ram into the music industry fully. He stated: “I have chosen music now because I think I have done much for the movie industry, with my Van Vicker training facility ; being a producer and a director as well- so time to contribute to the music industry as well” and also that West Africa, especially Ghana, is endowed with real talent in music, adding that there are more untapped brains and talents that needed to be given the necessary drive. When asked what genre of musicians he will be hunting for, Van Vicker retorted "any genre that can catch the international eye".
“I am looking at discovering a talent for the international market, it doesn’t matter if is hip-life, gospel, raggae, etc, what matters is real talent” he added.
