Canadian film, theater and television actress Lyndie Greenwood is featured on the cover of Women's Running 's March 2015 issue.
Lyndie shared with the magazine:
On why she started to run : “When I first started, it was sort of just me... I woke up and thought I needed to change my lifestyle a bit. I can’t really explain it; it was kind of like Forrest Gump.”
On how running has changed her life : “I’m in a better mood, I’m more grounded, I’m more aware. But if I have to sacrifice too much sleep to get a run in, then I’ll skip the run. Your body needs sleep.”
On why being fit (not skinny) equals happiness: “There was a time when I was way too skinny, and my friends asked me to get on the scale in front of them right now. And I realized I was a miserable person! I was cranky and hungry all the time.”
