Beyoncé Knowles is launching a vegan home delivery meal service in collaboration with her trainer Marco Borges. "I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example," Beyoncé said in a press release. "He is the most energetic person I know and it's all
because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle."
The company is called 22 Days Nutrition after the belief that it takes 21 days to break a bad habit. All meals will be 100% plant-based and.delivered once a week. All ingredients will be non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and
organic.
"I am humbled by this incredible partnership.and excited to share the many benefits of a whole-foods plant-based diet," says Marco.
The super healthy meals range from $9.76 to $16.50 per meal; there are three plans to choose from.
"He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices," says Beyoncé. "All you have to do is
try. If I can do it, anyone can."
Beyoncé has become one of several celebrities to have tried, tested and loved the vegan diet. Having followed the 22-day-plan once, she did it again for a second time at the beginning of 2014.
She alerted fans that she was on the plant- based diet free of all meat and animal products when she shared a snap of a super healthy peanut butter and chocolate chip-
flavoured vegan protein bar cut into chunks with slices of banana on top on Instagram in January last year.
