American actress, singer and fashion designer Selena Marie Gomez is gearing up for her very first gig as executive producer on a forthcoming project.
She will step behind the camera for Netflix’s “13 Reasons Why,” an adaptation of the bestselling young adult novel from author Jay Asher.
Per the synopsis, “A teenage girl commits suicide, but before doing it she records her suicide note on cassette tapes, and then sends the tapes to 13 people who she deemed responsible for her death.” It's not Selena's first time as an executive producer.
